Our Monthly Performance Plan works well as both a stand-alone solution to get in shape or complements your personal training solution to deliver results in half the time! It has had a tremendous impact on the way our clients’ look, feel and move and it also showcases a lot of our own athletes and clients, just like you, creating a stronger social network giving you support when you need it most.
Think of it as your monthly lesson plan to a fitter, stronger you.
Here’s a little of what you can expect:
- Training and nutrition programs custom built around your goals and initial fitness assessment
- Short, instructional action clips to get you moving safely and effectively with new programs added every month to avoid plateaus and over-training, whilst keep you progressing towards your goal.
- Access to your program from your smart phone, desktop or tablet via The Body Image Fitness App.
